I live in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with my American husband and two children (a boy and a girl). We relocated back home (for me) from the US in 2017 - which you can read more about here. We have two cats - Susu (a white Siberian) and Teh (a black kitty we rescued from a shelter in Durham, NC). Our beloved Kuih, a Main Coon mix, also rescued from the same shelter as Teh, died last year after ten years with us. He'll always be my baby.
I am a second-generation PhD economist married to another PhD economist. Almost everybody in my family - me, my husband, my father, my sister, my mother, my mother-in-law - is a Doctor (of varying degrees of usefulness to society - my sister is a medical doctor, the rest of us have PhDs). My father-in-law is a computer scientist - he started way back when computer science was barely a thing.

When I have free time, I like to take pictures. You may browse through some of my favorites below. My cameras of choice (aside from my iPhone) are the Canon Rebel T3 and Holga 120N.
