In 2025, I became a certified performance coach. I have to say - I was initially extremely skeptical on whether or not coaching would make a difference in my professional life. However, I have found that asking and answering powerful questions can provide a lot of clarity to people. Hence, I've now decided to embark on completing my coaching training through the International Coaching Federation and get my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. To do so, I will need to have 100 hours of 1-1 coaching sessions and am now soliciting clients! Because 75 of these 100 hours must be paid session, there will be a minimal fee if you're considered an "external party" to my existing employer; else, you can book sessions with me for free.
I’ll be offering sessions at RM 50/session for now, until I get credentialed, because I genuinely value the practice, conversations, and learning as I work toward my hours. I’ll likely be fairly selective simply because my schedule is limited. Sessions will be fully online.
